Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
What this service is
AdData is a private connector that gives Claude access to your Google and Meta advertising and analytics accounts. The service is operated by Pavlo Shum (private individual, Kyiv, Ukraine). By using it you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Access
The service is private and works by invitation: only email addresses on an allowlist may use it. Access is personal — do not pass it on to other people. The owner may suspend or end access at any time, including for abuse or at Google's request.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for your advertising accounts, the money spent in them, and the decisions you make based on the data shown.
- When you confirm a change (pausing a campaign, a new budget, negative keywords), you confirm it as the owner of the account — review the preview before agreeing.
- You will not connect accounts you have no right to, and will not attempt to reach other people's data.
How the service limits itself
Deleting objects is not supported: a campaign can only be paused. Changes are applied only after explicit confirmation, and a daily budget cannot be changed by more than 50% at a time. These are safeguards, not a guarantee: the final decision is always yours.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The data comes from Google and Meta, and the service is not responsible for its accuracy, completeness or availability. Interruptions, changes to the set of tools, or complete discontinuation may happen without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the owner of the service is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, advertising costs or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are heard by the courts at the place of residence of the service owner.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change; the current version is always on this page, with the update date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, you are considered to have accepted it.
